I just really like this place. Food has always been very good. Stop here every time I'm in Evansville.
Had not been here since the early 80s. Awesome as I remember. You can't get any faster service anywhere. Food is hot and taste great.
You get more for your money here than practically anywhere else nowadays - especially for the flavor and texture of a handmade burger. Two scoops of ice cream is more like two and a half. It's a good deal. The place was better staffed than any fast food kitchen I've personally worked in. Got the burger on the tray pretty much instantly - just had to wait a minute or less on a bag of fresh fries.
Food is always great and the service, people working that's even better!

The OG! Smash burgers before smash burgers were cool. They've just been the best for the last 300 years. Nothings changed for 30p years either. Have to get a burger, have to get ice cream, have to get a PB&J, chili is delicious, why not get a grilled chicken salad too?
First time coming to one of these, place has a great atmosphere and awesome food. Both ice cream and burgers are superb! Will definitely come back when I find myself in Evansville in the future.
